![]() Go Back? Absolutely! I'm hoping to make this one a weekly occurrenceĬlass + Instructor: Vinyasa Yoga with Andrea BorerroĮquinox's Description: This timeless approach to yoga links movement and breath through a creative, flowing sequence of postures. Also, a great option to add on after a run or more intense class to cool down and stretch properly. Thoughts: If you need a chill day but don't want to mess up your streak, this is the class to take. Every exercise was done with purpose and led into the next one. Thoughts on Instructor: You could tell Anubha knows her stuff. She makes sure you are doing everything correctly to avoid injury and does get a little in your face about it, but it makes for a better experience. Vibe: Very chill environment with a very involved instructor. Sneakers/Props: Barefoot with a mat, blocks, bolster, blanket, and strap Tone Level: 1/10 – Mostly Flexibility and breathing work with long stretches Sweat Level: 1/10 – Very low key class that was all about stretching and getting loose - great class to take if you have to run out for an appointment or lunch without a shower Unwind, de-stress, and focus on releasing tension and increasing body awareness.
